Manager, Automation Engineering

Role Overview

• Support ongoing PCI operations engineering through technical assistance and management
• Manage technical resources supporting automation and operational technology functions
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmap for Automation Engineering
• Lead and develop the automation group at PCI sites
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams for technology installations and upgrades
• Prepare budgets for automation CAPEX spending
• Conduct audits and inspections as an Engineering and Automation SME

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Engineering or technical discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience working in Automation management and Control Systems
• Proven experience in hands-on programming and configuration of PLC and SCADA
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Read, troubleshoot, and repair control systems
• Capable of troubleshooting, programming, and configuring PLC ladder logic and HMI/SCADA database.
