- Own and drive the Central EMEA HR corporate plan
- Develop strong partnerships with leadership teams
- Lead programmes for cost optimisation and efficiency

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of general HR experience in a multinational, manufacturing environment
- Min. 2 years’ experience in regional (multi country) management
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree educated
