Finance Business Analyst – FP&A

Role Overview

• Supports the FP&A Lead by delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting support, reporting, and business insights.
• Focused on execution, analytics, coordination, and operational finance support.
• Helps business stakeholders make informed decisions while ensuring data accuracy, transparency, compliance, and strong financial discipline.
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and expense forecasting for Romania-Moldova.
• Collects, consolidates, and validates financial inputs from business units, brand teams, and other functions.
• Prepares scenario and sensitivity analyses as requested by the FP&A Lead.
• Builds and maintains financial models required to support forecasting and planning activities.
• Prepares regular management reports for local business stakeholders and the FP&A Lead.
• Performs variance analysis and explains key performance drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or business finance.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and data consolidation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred, such as SAP and Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Local language is a strong advantage.
