About this role
Role Overview
Actively manage and expand our distribution network in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse).
Strengthen relationships with decision-makers at store, regional and national levels.
Acquire new retail partners and ensure optimal distribution of our products.
Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with retail decision-makers.
Regularly visit sales outlets to ensure product visibility and availability.
Train store sales staff on our products and their customer benefits.
Implement promotions and marketing measures to increase sales.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize distribution strategies.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in field sales and retail.
Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region.
Experience in (pet) specialty retail or selling technically complex products is a plus.
Self-motivated with confident time and self-management skills.
