Lead CPA – Bill Pay & Tax Practice

Role Overview

• Provide bill pay services for elders and high-net-worth client families
• Prepare straightforward personal tax returns, primarily for W-2 households
• Shape how the practice grows, including how we manage the natural seasonality of tax work
• Collaborate with other team leaders to design repeatable systems that fit within our existing framework.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA in good standing
• Meaningful experience in tax preparation, with some exposure to bookkeeping
• Drawn to the idea of designing a practice rather than inheriting one
• A clear, warm communicator who genuinely enjoys client relationships
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
• Interested in the physician niche, or excited to learn it deeply
