About this role
Role Overview
Overall responsibility for further developing and implementing the European sales strategy with a focus on sustainable revenue and margin growth
Identification and development of new markets, products and business models
Management of a demanding market environment characterized by price pressure, regulatory requirements and increasing sustainability expectations
Expansion and development of strategic key accounts at national and European level
Leadership, development and structuring of the sales organization (internal and field sales)
Close collaboration with adjacent functions across the value chain
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a technical/scientific discipline
Several years of experience in a senior sales role with proven results
Solid experience in B2B sales in the DACH region, ideally with European responsibilities
Long-standing industry knowledge in chemical distribution or in specialized segments of the chemical industry
