About this role
Role Overview
Day-to-day assistance for the Compliance Officers across relevant jurisdictions
Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements, license conditions, and reporting obligations
Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulations
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business; advise senior management on required actions
Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions, and risk management frameworks in accordance with regulatory standards
Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
Support license applications, renewals, variations, and regulatory filings
Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams
Liaise with legal, operations, and senior management to ensure compliance is embedded across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced or professional compliance qualifications are an advantage)
Minimum of 1 year experience in a compliance role with demonstrated CySec licensing exposure
Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory regimes and compliance expectations
Hands-on experience with AML/CFT regulations, KYC procedures, and regulatory reporting
Proven experience interacting with offshore regulators and managing regulatory correspondence
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
