About this role

Outbound calls to customers and prospects
Present products and services from the publishing and professional information sector
Proactively identify customer needs and conduct professional conversations
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
Document customer contacts and outcomes in the CRM system
Use modern systems, tools, and knowledge bases

Excellent German language skills (C2 level), spoken and written
Some experience in telephone sales, outbound sales, or customer service — ideally with contact-center experience
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling
Self-motivation, discipline, and a reliable, independent work style (freelancer model)
Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a strong technical affinity
Stable internet connection and a quiet home-office workspace
