Conduct on-site evaluations and engineering analysis of commercial and industrial energy systems to assess demand response potential and overall performance
Collect, validate, and analyze field data, including load profiles, equipment performance, and operational characteristics
Apply engineering principles to develop, calculate, and verify baselines, load reductions, and curtailment strategies
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve program outcomes and customer participation
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, account managers, and internal engineering teams, providing guidance, training, and support
Troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues using analytical, data-driven approaches while ensuring accuracy and integrity of program data
Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience in energy engineering, field engineering, or technical energy program delivery
Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree and background in energy engineering, mechanical/electrical systems, or related field strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience with energy calculations, load analysis, or demand response/energy efficiency programs
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel throughout the territory
21+ with a clean valid drivers license
