Role Overview

• Join as a Senior Developer/Lead, overseeing demanding client projects
• Learn the tech stack and the existing customer base
• Assume leadership of the small development team and coordinate freelancers
• Optimize processes and contribute new ideas
• Take responsibility for sales and operations with the goal of assuming full operational leadership (CEO), including the option to acquire company shares

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development
• Comfortable with relational database structures
• Some initial experience in leading staff (or the personality/drive to lead)
• Ideally experience with Claris FileMaker or similar rapid-development environments (e.g., Ninox, MS Access, SQL-based tools)
• Self-directed work style, reliability, and a desire to make a real impact in a small team
• Affinity for modern IT topics (Low-Code/No-Code) and a willingness to take on responsibility
