Review and assure the AI solutions delivered to customers against EU AI Act obligations
Partner with delivery teams during discovery, design and deployment
Support pre-sales and customer conversations on compliance posture
Draft, maintain and evolve internal AI policies, procedures, standards
Contribute to the strategic direction of Sabio's AI governance programme
Audit Sabio's AI deployment and support methodologies
Operationalise responsible AI principles across solution lifecycles
Run working sessions, training and clinics that lift AI governance literacy
Use AI tooling as a core part of how to deliver

Demonstrable experience in AI compliance, AI governance or AI risk
Strong working knowledge of the EU AI Act
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II
A genuine grasp of core principles of modern AI
Hands-on experience using AI tooling as part of your day job
Awareness of bias, hallucination, prompt-injection, data leakage and misuse risks
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to run meetings and drive outcomes across dispersed teams
A passion for raising the bar in others
Working proficiency in Spanish alongside English (desirable)
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Cowork (desirable)
Experience supporting customer-facing audits or regulator engagement (desirable)
