Role Overview

• You identify suitable candidates via online platforms, networks, internal databases, or by phone
• You proactively approach promising profiles, spark interest, and attract talent for an initial conversation
• You analyze CVs and profiles, assess professional and personal fit, and make a well-founded pre-selection
• You conduct structured initial interviews to clarify motivation, qualifications, and framework conditions
• You coordinate appointments with candidates and the consultant team and ensure a smooth process
• You prepare clear, informative candidate dossiers that provide decision-making support

Requirements

• Some professional experience, ideally with client contact or in recruiting
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, self-driven working style
• Professional demeanor
• Enjoyment of phone contact and using social media
