Overall responsibility for the Supply Chain Management department with 70 employees
Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of managers and teams
Strategic development of Supply Chain Management (optimizations and innovations using modern methods)
Management of operational tasks (ensuring transparent and optimized order, production, and delivery planning; inventory-optimized procurement management; demand-oriented procurement strategies)
Ensuring process development, including certifications according to relevant standards

Completed university degree and several years of management experience in Supply Chain Management within the automotive or supplier industry
Analytical, process-oriented approach and strategic vision
Strong methodological expertise
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Outstanding leadership, assertiveness, and communication skills
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel (up to approx. 20%)
