Role Overview
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear alignment, agility, and organized handling of requests;
- Manage periodic campaigns throughout the year, covering digital, OOH, and display media;
- Coordinate internal workflows between creative, media, production, and other involved teams;
- Ensure control of deadlines, approvals, and delivery quality;
- Establish processes, follow-ups, and account organization routines;
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and alignments in Portuguese and English.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior supervisor or manager in advertising agencies;
- Resilient, proactive, flexible, and collaborative profile;
- Advanced English for client communication and coordination;
- Availability to work 100% onsite at the client's office located in the Vila Olímpia area.
