Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead the analysis of campaign performance data, identifying key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver insightful reports to clients, clearly communicating results and recommendations.
Manage and develop a team of performance specialists & coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital media strategy and performance.
Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support campaign execution and optimisation.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital media marketing, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to agency thought leadership.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of experience in programmatic marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies.
Expertise in performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
