Drive brand strategy development, tactical planning and execution of HCP marketing initiatives in alignment with the overarching Schizophrenia portfolio strategy.
Lead and develop a team of HCP marketers and medical education professionals.
Lead the optimization / re-launch of new indication.
Own financial management for the brand, including forecasting, budget management, management of agency spend, and setting up measurement of results.
Create core HCP messaging and creative in partnership with agency of record and media agencies while ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Deliver impactful hospital promotion and operations programs, including HIFT/samples.
Lead HCP promotion, market research, messaging, and targeting strategy.
Ensure effective, targeted HCP media plans via routine monitoring and analyzing return on spend.
Manage promotional efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HCP & customer experience marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Training and Market Access to ensure strategic alignment and solid direction.
Lead and participate in sales and marketing planning meetings.
Proactively identify obstacles to brand growth and works collaboratively to resolve them.
Manage budgets and timelines to achieve defined targets.
Partner with Customer Insight group to refine market research plans and establishing standardized, aligned performance metrics and ROI analytics.
Minimum of 10 Years of pharmaceutical experience, with launch leadership, strong experience in psychiatry and mental health disorders (preferably schizophrenia), prior experience with people management in marketing and with HCP marketing budgets, and experience in translating customer insights into impactful business strategies and plans preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and ability.
Proven business acumen demonstrated through analysis, problem-solving and success measures
Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and vendors.
