Role Overview

• support the Talent Management team in different projects
• coordinate training and development initiatives for employees and managers across different levels
• prepare impactful presentations, communications, and reports on HR-related topics
• contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement
• support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle
• act as a key contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and support

Requirements

• student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent
• excellent command of English, French is an asset
• strong communication and writing skills
• comfortable with the MS Office suite
• quick adaptation to new digital tools and systems
• proactive, organized, and collaborative
• positive mindset
• strong interpersonal skills
• creative approach to problem-solving
