Supervise and lead a team of AI engineers, ensuring successful project execution and delivery
Work closely with stakeholders to define AI strategy and align projects with business objectives
Manage the AI development lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
Foster collaboration between AI teams and other departments to support seamless integration of AI solutions
Provide regular updates to the Sr. Artificial Intelligence Manager on project status, challenges, and achievements
Drive the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes
Build out best practices and coding standards within the AI engineering team

6+ years of experience managing AI related technology projects
Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning technology
Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or another related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience working in an agile development environment
Proven ability to drive successful cloud development projects and initiatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
