About this role
Role Overview
- Plan, execute and manage Growth and CRM campaigns and A/B tests with a focus on performance and conversion;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as conversions, share, average ticket (average order value) and product mix;
- Lead communications and campaign management efforts;
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies and personalized flows based on profile and behavior;
- Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis, user behavior and test results;
- Produce performance reports with analyses, recommendations and presentations for management;
- Collaborate with media, product, brand teams and internal partners to align objectives and ensure tactical execution;
- Manage end-to-end CRM communications for both B2B and B2C audiences;
- Analyze customer-base behavior and identify improvement opportunities at each stage of the funnel.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and translate data into optimization actions.
- Ability to identify optimization and innovation opportunities in campaigns.
- Experience planning and executing A/B tests and communication campaigns.
- Ability to manage multichannel campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app).
- Autonomy, proactivity and an agile mindset with a strong focus on business results.
