Manage the portfolio of programs and projects, structuring the pipeline, forecasts, priorities, and integration across areas;
Coordinate, implement, and improve PMO processes, methodologies, and standards to support short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives;
Engage and supervise project teams, ensuring adherence to methodology and smooth delivery of outputs;
Monitor compliance with policies, internal controls, and best practices, closing gaps and strengthening the project management flow;
Consolidate status information and indicators, risks, schedules, and capacity, providing executive-level visibility;
Participate in alignments with Managers, ensuring expectations and targets are met;
Promote integration among stakeholders, facilitating decisions, unblocking issues, and driving progress in complex programs
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in project/PMO management, including governance, pipeline management, planning, and support for multiple squads/areas; ability to integrate multidisciplinary teams, manage expectations, and operate with high visibility;
Soft skills: Excellent communication, systemic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (completed)
