Provide functional leadership and direction to the various HR-IT product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Guide and support 5 Product Owners in their roles, including their technical leadership responsibilities.
Lead the management of the HR-IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy.
Facilitate the delivery of international IT projects, coaching the teams to ensure successful execution.
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions on product features, timelines, priorities, expectations, and the product vision.
Own the HR-IT budget and hold the Product Owners in the product group accountable for their financial figures.
Define the international strategy for the internal and external workforce in collaboration with the leadership team.
Negotiate contracts with external service providers and ensure contract terms and durations are properly monitored.
Collaborate with other HR IT teams to ensure integrated solutions, especially where interdependencies affect multiple teams or solutions.
Work closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence Manager (PCM), the Scrum Master (SCM), and the Product Line Manager of Enterprise Applications.
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
At least 10 years of extensive experience leading teams and leaders, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, specifically within HR IT.
Technical understanding of SAP HCM, Employee Central, and SuccessFactors.
Several years' experience implementing digitalization projects.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
Proficient in managing transformation processes and implementing change management strategies.
Good understanding of enterprise integration and the specific challenges of interacting with complex ERP environments is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
