About this role
Role Overview
Define the product vision and strategy.
Build and embody the strategic vision for the Core Experience tribe.
Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives to drive user retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Translate strategy into a clear, measurable roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the delivery phase.
Manage and develop the Product team.
Collaborate with key teams, working closely with Design, Data/ML and Engineering.
Define and monitor key KPIs.
Requirements
8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in a Lead or Head of Product role in complex B2C environments.
Proven experience structuring Product teams and managing high-stakes cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of personalization, recommendation systems, multi-device UX, and data product management.
Mastery of modern product methodologies: Discovery/Delivery, OKR, RICE.
Ability to move from strategic thinking to operational execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with monitoring and analytics tools.
