Support operational and administrative activities for the Partnerships area.
Contribute to updating controls, spreadsheets, systems, and reports.
Prepare support materials, presentations, and documents.
Monitor tasks, timelines, and requests.
Update internal stakeholders on the status of requests.
Resolve operational pending issues.
Assist in structuring and documenting processes.
Support operational activities related to contracts.
Assist with and support Partnerships team meetings.
Identify opportunities to improve operational routines.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Interest in learning about partnerships and commercial operations.
Strong organizational skills.
Proactive attitude.
Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management Processes, Marketing, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related fields.
