Executive Communication: Translate technical and business status into clear, concise executive presentations for stakeholders and the board.
Delivery Assurance: Track development timelines with the technical team, mitigate schedule risks and validate final production delivery (UAT/Homologation and Go-Live).
Agile in Practice: Facilitate refinement and planning rituals, ensuring backlog health and tactical prioritization.
Requirements
Experience in the Consórcio business: Understanding of business rules (bids, draws, administration fees, reserve funds, award/contemplation processes, invoicing, accounting, etc.).
Proficiency with the Newcon ERP: Previous experience navigating or specifying improvements within the Newcon ecosystem.
Experience with Integrations and Legacy Systems: Experience in projects involving a high volume of integrations (APIs, messaging, service-oriented architecture) connecting legacy systems.
Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and user-story slicing techniques.
PO certifications (CSPO, PSPO) — desirable.
Basic SQL knowledge (for autonomy in queries/data analysis within Newcon/legacy systems) — desirable.
