About this role

Plan and control product development projects (from briefing to delivery), structuring schedules and milestones.
Work directly on resolving operational bottlenecks with factories and suppliers.
Manage Brazil–China integration, monitoring production lead times, inspections, and shipments with the international team.
Track financial project KPIs, analyzing budgets, costs, margins, and profitability via the Protheus ERP.
Prioritize the project portfolio based on ROI, production capacity, and deadlines.
Implement agile and hybrid methodologies (PMBOK) adapted to an industrial context.
Configure and operate task management tools (ClickUp), creating performance dashboards and monitoring team timesheets.
Identify operational risks and develop fast, effective mitigation plans.

Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)
Previous experience with import/foreign trade (Comex) and Asian supply chain (China)
Knowledge of Power BI
Advanced/Fluent English (Required for international communication)
Advanced Excel
Project management experience (PMBOK + Agile)
Experience with ERP systems (Protheus is a plus)
Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp or Monday.com

Employment type: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica / contractor).
Work arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the office (Paraíso, SP) and 2 days remote (home office).
