Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports for senior leadership.
Translate operational performance metrics into insights that support decision-making across programs.
Develop analytics to identify supplier performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, supporting munitions acceleration and capacity growth programs.
Partner with Supplier Performance and Capacity Growth Office teams to create data-driven views of supplier readiness, throughput, and forecasted constraints.
Create clear, concise visuals and analysis demonstrating supply chain value to executive stakeholders.
Support supplier health assessments through trend analysis, predictive modeling, and root-cause analytical support.
Provide analytical support for negotiation strategies, including cost modeling, benchmarking, should‑cost analysis, and scenario modeling.
Quantify financial impacts of Courses of Action (COAs) supporting cross-functional cost reduction initiatives.
Track realized and projected savings, ensuring consistent communication of progress to leadership teams.
Provide timely, accurate reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with enterprise operational and financial objectives.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics within a matrixed organization.
Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel).
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with supply chain, operations, supplier performance, and financial teams.
Demonstrated experience supporting decisions in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Understanding of supply chain processes, supplier performance management, or operational cadence management preferred.
Experience with aerospace/defense supply chain or other complex manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with supplier capacity modeling, throughput analysis, or inventory optimization.
Exposure to cost modeling, financial analysis, or negotiation analytics.
