About this role
Role Overview
Manage personnel allocation across projects, ensuring efficiency and predictability.
Maintain full visibility of team productive capacity.
Connect operational capacity to the commercial pipeline.
Participate in governance cadences with leadership to support decision-making.
Build the project workflow with templates, standards and clear processes.
Implement operational metrics and KPIs.
Establish recurring monitoring and governance cadences.
Ensure that metrics and processes are sustainable.
Bring real estate market perspective to internal decisions.
Directly lead sector coordinators and project leaders.
Create a high-performance environment with clear priorities and criteria.
Reduce bottlenecks and guide leaders in portfolio management.
Ensure projects deliver real customer value by balancing technical excellence, economic feasibility, and efficient cost and resource management.
Ensure deliveries are aligned with clients' expectations and objectives.
Monitor satisfaction levels and act on deviations.
Collaborate with commercial/sales to identify opportunities and increase LTV (lifetime value).
Represent operations in strategic meetings when required.
Promote consistency in execution across all teams.
Identify wasted effort and opportunities for optimization.
Review internal processes and support improvements for scale and automation.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with strong experience in the construction sector and real estate development.
Deep knowledge of the real estate development cycle (from feasibility to execution).
Experience in construction project management.
Ability to assess and allocate resources across projects.
Understanding of BIM and project coordination (differential).
Data and metrics analysis and structuring skills.
Management of project margins and profitability.
5+ years in project management within the construction sector or real estate development.
Experience in developers, mid/high-end contractors, or project management firms.
Simultaneous management of at least 20 projects or developments.
Leadership of large teams.
Experience with feasibility studies and real estate product development (differential).
Track record in high-performance cultures with an ownership mindset (startups, consulting, or lean organizations).
