About this role
Role Overview
Processing high-volume, complex advertising campaigns with a high degree of accuracy across various business lines
Managing client order and revision entry with operational support in scheduling platforms and ensuring workflow continuity
Auditing orders and revisions for accurate discounting, fee application, and adherence to data governance standards
Monitoring campaign automation to align with daily service timelines and uphold service level agreements
Developing expertise in order and revision workflow processes, including troubleshooting automation-flagged issues
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and enhance customer experience
Contributing to automation and process efficiency improvements within the advertising operations domain
Utilizing analytical skills to identify and address campaign-related issues, ensuring compliance with operational standards
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
