Responsible for technical solution selling and territory growth for Carestream’s Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) portfolio across Canada
Manage a broad set of responsibilities spanning pipeline creation, customer education and demonstrations, installation coordination, training, and escalation support
Support the growth of the NDT portfolio across international markets through Technical Expertise support to the broader International Sales Team
Deliver Product and Technical Training to Sales team and Channel Partners as required
Liaison between Supplier and the team in terms of Product Updates, Information Exchange and Technical Collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
3–7 years of experience in Non‑Destructive Testing, industrial imaging, or a closely related technical B2B environment
Proven track record in technical solution selling or customer‑facing technical roles
Experience working with international markets and cross‑functional global teams is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of NDT methods (radiographic testing preferred)
Familiarity with digital imaging technologies (CR, DR, CT) is a plus
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions
Customer Training Experience
Previous experience in Sales and Channel Management is a plus
Strong consultative selling and technical solution‑sales capabilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused value propositions
High level of self‑organization, autonomy, and accountability
Excellent written, verbal, and executive‑level presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions, cultures, and time zones.
