Lead the execution of the Corporate Compliance Program for the North America region
Serve as a trusted compliance advisor and strategic partner to business leaders
Advise on key compliance areas including interactions with healthcare professionals, engagement models, and market access strategies
Manage periodic compliance risk assessments to identify, prioritize, and mitigate key risks
Partner with stakeholders to design and implement practical, scalable controls and mitigation strategies
Manage processes related to HCP consulting arrangements, speaker programs, grants, and sponsorships
Lead end-to-end execution of U.S. transparency reporting (Open Payments)
Develop and deliver targeted compliance training tailored to business needs and risk areas
Manage internal compliance investigations for the region and ensure appropriate documentation, remediation, and escalation consistent with company policy.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or related function within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
