6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field
4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience
Direct experience with commercial nuclear quality programs and manufacturing of structural steel components
Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, root cause analysis methods, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience interpreting and applying standards such as NQA‑1, ISO 9001, or similar
Working analytical skills with complex datasets, performance metrics, and quality indicators
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience developing or maintaining controlled documentation and participating in structured review processes
Ability to travel, work onsite, and meet shift requirements
