Role Overview
- Manage and mentor a talented team of Frontend Engineers and Senior Architects
- Oversee technical roadmaps that span across multiple Observability domains
- Act as a key liaison between the UI team and other backend Observability teams
- Champion the development of a unified interface for OpenShift and RHACM
- Use frontend development as a medium to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management and Senior Leadership to align engineering efforts with business priorities
Requirements
- Experience in a people-management role within a software engineering organization
- Experience in frontend development and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Understanding of the Observability landscape
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
