Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization
Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs
Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable
Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers
Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback
Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects
Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience
