Senior Quality Analyst

Role Overview

• Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization
• Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs
• Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable
• Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system
• Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers
• Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback
• Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects
• Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
