Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration
Must hold a current 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
Advanced technical expertise in server administration, domain management, and infrastructure planning
Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy in large-scale environments.
Strong experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
Skilled in storage management, including SAN and NAS solutions, and backup/recovery operations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience with automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform for system configuration and management.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk for system performance monitoring.
Experience with Git for version control.
Knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST, FISMA, or DISA STIG compliance.
Must be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
