Understand how primary platforms integrates with cross functional teams, platforms, and systems
Responsible for creating user flows and user story writing
Support and perform software lifecycle development in an agile delivery methodology

Perform ad hoc requirements as the business needs

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science strongly preferred or equivalent experience
2-3 years' experience in Digital Product, fintech, or Banking IT
Experience in leveraging customer relationship management tools
Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, self-directed and energetic with an eagerness to learn
Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in work output
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Vizio
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
