Role Overview
- Provides a broad range of data engineering functions including data modeling, data quality, data profiling, data acquisition and ingestion, extract transform load (ETL)
- Designs and develops to meet business and technical requirements
- Performs highly complex technical tasks independently
- Consults with peers and partners on all aspects of research, analysis, design, and support
Requirements
- Degree, Postgraduate Degree, or Technical Certificate in Data Management or related discipline
- Graduate Degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Understanding of Data Models and ability to create Basic Data Models
- Experience in analyzing and performance tuning SQL queries
- Good experience in Banking/Financial Domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Synapse Dedicated Pool, or Oracle
