Role Overview
- Support the conduct of the Discovery phase, contributing to the understanding of business processes and needs.
- Map business processes and translate them into functional documentation (BRD, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
- Serve as an interface between Business, IT, vendors, and global teams.
- Support functional testing phases (SIT/UAT), Go Live, and Hypercare.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP concepts and integrated processes.
- Understanding of data flows, integrations, and mappings (From/To).
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
