About this role
Role Overview
Lead negotiations and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, influencers, and regional institutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering solutions that maximize customer value.
Plan and conduct technical and commercial visits, focusing on prospecting, customer retention, and portfolio expansion.
Provide technical advisory and post-sale support, ensuring efficient use of Rovensa Next solutions.
Deliver trainings and presentations on the portfolio and new technologies to drive engagement and build trust.
Implement local marketing plans, organize events, and strengthen the company’s image.
Map market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Sales Administration, Marketing, and Logistics) to ensure excellence in the customer journey.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering
Experience in agribusiness, preferably in Nutrition and/or Biocontrol
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Strong communication skills for delivering presentations, trainings, and technical events
Proactive, collaborative, results-oriented, with an ownership mindset
Willingness to travel and work in the field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with demonstration fields is a plus
Residence in the Pontes e Lacerda (MT) region
