Execute and review accounting routines, ensuring the correct classification and recording of transactions;
Play an active role in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes;
Prepare and review account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
Ensure adherence to accounting standards (BR GAAP / IFRS);
Support the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports;
Collaborate with tax, controllership and finance teams;
Support internal and external audits;
Monitor and control accounting provisions and necessary adjustments;
Support continuous improvements in accounting processes;
Participate in projects involving systems and integrations;
Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Experience in Controllership or Finance;
Solid knowledge of IFRS / BR GAAP;
Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and performance control;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Accounting, Finance or Tax Law;
English proficiency for reading and interpreting standards and technical materials.
