Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- Significant leadership experience managing teams in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record leading internal mobility or corporate recruiting functions
- Ability to influence and advise C-suite stakeholders
- Deep expertise in workforce planning and recruiting strategies
- Strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Proven success developing and retaining recruiting talent
- Experience in a matrixed, global organization
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
