Partner to develop and synthesize insights and user feedback into artifacts like experience maps, workflows, or journey narratives that inform product direction.
Act as a strategic peer to Product and Engineering partners to influence direction.
Collaborate confidently to shape design scope, aligning on goals that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
Drive clarity and execution within your workstreams, ensuring high-velocity delivery without sacrificing craft.
Present complex design visions to key stakeholders, delivering audience-aware communications that translate design decisions into clear user and business impact.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
Deep understanding of AI and AI tools and their applications in workflow; a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Mastery of user-centered design methods and best practices—you are always looking to improve on your process through research and usability testing.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading process improvement efforts and dealing with ambiguity.
Power to influence others and build consensus, driving team-level alignment and planning.
Experience working in design systems and a deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Figmamake, and Cursor.
BA/BS or MA/MS in a design-related field, or equivalent experience.
Bonus: Experience with CRM or enterprise software.
