Develop and review financial models for CLO’s and related transactions
Configure models based on documentation specifications
Maintain automated processes that streamline functionality
Partner with the Relationship Managers to ensure the modeling & resulting data match client expectations
Build templates that generate the monthly compliance and quarterly waterfall reports
Provide continuous maintenance and support of both deal modeling and reporting
Identify and communicate any potential gaps with current systems and processes

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline
3+ years in CLO, CDO, or other structured finance transaction experience
Strong understanding of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), legal documentation, data structures, waterfall mechanics and deal cash flow models
Ability to navigate complex datasets and make informed decisions using critical thinking
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a client-oriented approach
Experience with Solvas Compliance & Priority of Payments (PoP)
Experience with SSRS and PowerBi Reporting
Proven skills with: SQL/ Python/Visual Basic
