- Lead the US Hub HR team for alignment with business and HR strategies
- Partner with managers for organizational design and talent management
- Manage employee relationships and facilitate development needs
- Support talent reviews and succession plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 8+ years of increasing HR Business Partner experience
- Past or current experience supporting multiple executive level clients
- 2 years’ experience working with remote/virtual teams
- Strong influence and change management skills
- Experience with regulations such as OFCCP audits, EEOC
