Role Overview
Lead the US Hub HR team for alignment with business and HR strategies
Partner with managers for organizational design and talent management
Manage employee relationships and facilitate development needs
Support talent reviews and succession plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and minimum 8+ years of increasing HR Business Partner experience
Past or current experience supporting multiple executive level clients
2 years’ experience working with remote/virtual teams
Strong influence and change management skills
Experience with regulations such as OFCCP audits, EEOC
