Spanish Collections Associate

Role Overview

• Assist customers with payment options and create manageable repayment plans
• Professionally contact customers via phone and adhere to compliance regulations
• Demonstrate empathy and communication skills to navigate customer interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline collection processes and improve efficiencies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in collections, call center, or sales
• Ability to pass a bilingual assessment (English/Spanish) if listed as 'Bilingual'
• Skills in Auto Dialer, Call Center, Customer Service, Debt Collections, First-Party Collections, Problem Solving
