Partner with Product Owners at project initiation to define and scope technical solutions
Design and architect modern systems, from enterprise platforms to cutting-edge Agentic AI
Build rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept using Python, Java, and AI tools like Claude Code and Google Gemini
Lead technical discussions with business leaders and engineering teams
Ensure new solutions securely and efficiently integrate with existing healthcare and data governance platforms

8-10+ years of IT experience across solution architecture, systems analysis, and software engineering
Hands-on experience architecting or building solutions using AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs
Proficiency in languages like Python or Java
Strong grasp of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Deep understanding of modern (microservices, APIs) and traditional enterprise architecture
Industry experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) is a major plus
A bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, etc.) is required; a master's is a plus
