About this role

Own and maintain a well-structured backlog: detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization aligned with engineering and business needs.
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies and drive alignment across distributed teams within the client's delivery framework.
Lead release planning, UAT, release notes, and usage reporting.
Serve as the primary product point of contact for the development team and senior stakeholders: provide regular updates on progress, risks, and priorities.
Triage bugs and enhancement requests; manage intake, prioritization, and assignment.
Support user interviews and discovery; synthesize findings into backlog recommendations.
Accelerate strategic, multi-quarter roadmap planning responsibilities as the engagement matures.
Actively leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and delivery velocity.
