Product Manager

Role Overview

• Support new product development across onshore and offshore strategies
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch
• Prepare and review product documents, including prospectuses and regulatory filings
• Serve as key coordinator with Taiwan regulators (FSC/SITCA), external lawyers, and offshore management companies
• Submit fund registration and approval documents
• Handle regulator queries and track approval progress
• Ensure submissions and product structures comply with Taiwan regulations
• Maintain and update fund documents and disclosures for onshore and offshore funds
• Upload prospectuses and related documents to regulator platforms accurately and on time
• Oversee product master data, including: Internal systems (global product database) and External platforms (e.g., SITCA, distributors, public disclosures)
• Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and timely across internal and external channels
• Support fund lifecycle initiatives for onshore and offshore funds, including: Fund mergers, restructurings, share class launches, fee changes, product updates, dividend policy updates, and other regulatory changes
• Coordinate stakeholders for smooth implementation
• Support strategic product initiatives and pipeline development
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support positioning and business cases
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on cross-border initiatives

Requirements

• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in the Taiwan funds industry; candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate Product Manager
• SITCA or Senior Securities Specialist license required
• Good knowledge of Taiwan fund regulations (FSC / SITCA)
• Strong attention to detail in legal and regulatory documents
• Strong analytical skills to solve issues
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong execution and project management
• Strong regulatory awareness and risk sensitivity
• Able to work accurately under pressure
• Collaborative mindset
