Role Overview
- Independently manage complex client files
- Provide client support with technical guidance
- Monitor the activity of the Accounting Services team
- Facilitate internal meetings
- Prepare annual performance reviews and support recruitment processes
Requirements
- Master's degree (e.g., Master CCA) or DSCG
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience as an accounting engagement manager or in a similar senior accounting role
- Comfortable with IT tools (accounting and reporting software)
- Strong accounting, tax and legal knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Ideally, experience in consolidation and tax integration
- English language skills desirable
