As an Accounting Engagement Manager, you will work primarily with a regional client base made up of companies of varying sizes and from a wide range of industries.
You will independently manage assignments of varying complexity according to your acquired skills and career ambitions.
You are the client’s primary contact to ensure follow-up of the engagement and delivery of outputs (interim statements and account closings, tax filings), and to identify technical or organizational needs.
With clients, you act both as an expert and as an educator, providing technical support while maintaining a strong trust-based relationship.
You coordinate actions with colleagues and across functions on assignments (accounting, tax, legal, payroll/social matters, etc.).
You supervise and ensure the skill development of junior team members working on your files.
You monitor the profitability of your engagements and alert the chartered accountant when necessary.
In this area you are proactive in proposing improvements, whether in terms of budget adjustments or reorganizing production/workflows.
Contribute to the life of the Expertise team, in a spirit of mutual support and high standards.
Occasional travel within the Toulouse area is to be expected.
