Role Overview
- Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads no cold list dialing
- Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more)
- Present financing options and close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
Requirements
- 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
- Comfortable with high call volume and hitting weekly/monthly quotas
- Self-motivated you manage your own pipeline and love the freedom of remote work
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Available for some evenings and weekends to match client availability
